How to curl hair with straighteners?

I've got GHD's...I've read the guide on ghd website, the yahoo answers from previous questions, and im still not sure? Please give step by step directions with all angles/directions please. I just want little twirly loose bits going down. :-)

Get your straightners and put at your roots and then wrap all yuor hair round and slowly and gently pull it out it leaves loose curly wavy ringlet type curlsHow to curl hair with straighteners?
its quite hard to do it for yourself practice on somebody else first





also i think that if you get a strand of your hair and just twist it normalywith no straightners and then simply glide the straightners over the curled hair








or wrap your hair round one straighting iron and then clamp together

another way is to go to the hair dressers they can show you how to do it properly and then you can SEE exactly what to do

depending on what you want you could twist your hair in a tight spiral then use the straightener. or do what your doing now
I have a chi and am guessing these work the same way. Put a lock of hair in ur straightner by the roots as if ur bout to straighten it. Then flip the straightner towards the outside 360 degrees. Then pull it down and once your hair is out of the straightener twirl it with your fingers. Hope this helps!

buy a curling iron.. you wikll want the smaller barrels...like 1/2 inch to get those curls..
